Budget Smartwatch Recommendations?

I'm looking for a smartwatch which contains the following features:

• Accurately displays and informs user of recent notifications (Text, email, etc.). This is the primary reason why I want a smartwatch so I don't have to pull out my clunky OnePlus One. Weather notifications is a plus, but not necessary.

• Is waterproof.

• The battery can be replaced once it can no longer hold a charge.

• Around the $100 CAD range.
