Functional Echidna

Worm

So, the WOG is that Noelle's power wasn't really supposed to 'be' anything; Cauldron vials, like all triggers, are influenced non-trivially by circumstance and mood, etc. However, we also know that her power is 'broken' because she only drank half the vial, the other half was the stabilizing agent to make it usable by humans.

The question is; what would her power look like if it had been one handed out intentionally by Scion or Eden? If it was fully functional, as it were. Was the only aspect that made it 'broken' the bodily mutations? Or was something about the effect of the ability also off target? Honestly it seems like her mutations made her stronger because instead of just touching a cape to clone them she could swallow them whole and keep making copies.

I might be off base here but I seem to recall that the 'stabilizing' agent that Cauldron added tended to make the abilities weaker, essentially 'diluting' the connection to ensure no adverse side effects (this is why they never stopped the Case 53 program; they believed it most likely that they would get the strongest powers alongside extreme deviations). Shards assembled by the Entities don't have that handicap; they can be 'full power' and 'stable' at the same time. So imagine a full power Echidna who has a stable connection to her shard. What does her power look like? What ratings would you give her?

Also, as a minor side note: Power editing Trumps are a thing in cannon (a very rare thing, but still) so would a 'conventional' power be able to fix Noelle?

Super minor note: Do the clones have a lifespan?
