What are Stephano's bindings? I don't see him using the F keys at all.

He doesn't use camera hotkeys

Wow I'm quite surprised by this. It is way father to go back with camera hotkeys. Does he do something to make up for it?

Way faster = 300 ms, its not really that big of a deal even in pro play

He said on his stream that he tried using camera hotkeys but it didn't work out for him. He was too used to the old clicking-on-map style, which has it's advantages.
Also fairly sure he uses grid hotkeys.

I like how Khaldor has monopolised the market on 'video footage of StarCraft pros from behind' ;-)
He invented it, but as newcomer LLLukeJ has shown, there is new blood coming for his throne every day.
I wouldn't even say he invented it, Artosis was doing videos like these back in 2010.
He popularized it then :)
