What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be using.

I'll be connecting it to a 4K 60Hz TV to play movies and series, and play video from a browser. It'll also be an always-on Plex server for ~2 clients at a time. I don't have the option of running a LAN cable to the PC, so I need a powerful WiFi card, either built in to the motherboard or discrete. It also needs to be in a small/flat case, ideally one which can fit into a slot on my TV cabinet that's only 175mm tall.

What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes?

Ideally not more than $600, but I can stretch if there's good reason.

I have a R9 280X GPU and an ASRock Z97 Extreme4 motherboard, and 8GB (2x4GB) of HyperX Fury RAM. I'm running Windows 10.

For the last week, I haven't been able to join a Counterstrike game without my PC dying and being unusable for a good few hours after. It doesn't exactly BSOD, instead it just freezes up and the screen does this.

When I reboot, the motherboard shows a 'b2' error on the LED display. I found this advice on Tom's Hardware and tried it, but pulling the CMOS battery and reseating the RAM have not fixed the issue. In fact, just pulling the CMOS battery doesn't even work

I gave it a shot earlier and hard bricked my OP3, and spent the scariest hour of my life following every unbricking guide I could find. I'd like to avoid doing it again, but the XDA threads seem to assume that every reader already knows a bunch of stuff I don't, like what fastboot OEM locking/unlocking is, what bootloaders/recoveries do, etc. I remember there being a concise guide for the OP1 on reddit somewhere, so anything similar for the OP3 would be appreciated.
