i dont even know what quick cast is and what good it does. is this something for high or low skilled players?

It removes the spell indicator and just casts It on the target closest to your mouse cursor.

If you don't know the range/aoe of your spells you will have some trouble without the indicators that normal cast has. It's also easier to missclick.

Go to advanced options and enable the advanced quickcast rules or whatever it's called.
Stop requesting stuff that's already in game.
I want to see the simple configuration for quickcast like how it was added for heroes. I'm aware it's already possible with the clunky advanced config options.
I'm not talking about using config files; what you are asking for is wholly present in the options menu.
Open Options, at the bottom press "To Advanced Hotkeys", and then place a checkmark on "Enable Advanced Quickcast/Autocast Hotkeys".

Yes, that's what I was referring to. I think that the dumbed-down version (where you can't set separate QC and non-QC bindings) that you see by default be a per-slot option, like it is for hero abilities, rather than all or nothing.
There's nothing wrong with the advanced options already there, I'm merely suggesting an enhancement to the basic version.
