The neighbourhood is well connected; within walking distance of Catford, Catford Bridge and Forest Hill stations with buses to central London just around the corner. In addition, the house is on a quiet side street a few minutes walk away from local shops. Superstores (Sainsburys, Tesco et. al) are within a ten minute bus ride.

The room itself is about 25 square meters, with a nearly floor-to-ceiling bay window. The bed is a King size bed, and with the room there is also a chest of drawers and a book case, as well as ample storage in the form of built in wardrobes, also floor to ceiling.

The shared lounge/dining room is equally spacious and opens in to the entrance hall of the flat as well as the kitchen and garden. The bathroom has a full bathtub, and the water pressure is quite good as well for when you choose to have a shower!

The kitchen comes well equipped, with a dishwasher, gas oven, washing machine, two microwaves, freezers and a fridge, again with lots of cupboard space!
