You harbor a nice grasp of the language, but I don't feel particularly attached to the poem. What exactly are you trying to tell me? Where am I? These aren't necessarily bad questions, but without further illumination I fall dark to what I am supposed to feel, let a lone what I feel. 

Perhaps connect the poem to a character or a scene? You have got themes of travel and escaping darkness. Put those to use.

Well-written! I like it. However, it feels like it begs some attachment to something else; perhaps a character, or another poem. As such, it seems a bit listless on its own. So, truly, my only "critique" is that you should write more.

winding darkness through darkness  
a pathway to  
where?  
to wherever it leads  
I'll know when I get there.  
  
to the end of the line  
the beginning of time  
bridges span sparkling rivers  
tunnels tunnel through stone  
  
winding darkness through darkness  
to the foot of a stair  
the dark palace of wisdom:  
I'll know when I get there.
