Did R4 actually start shipping? I still haven't heard anything about my order.

I got a text about 4 days ago about mine shipping right before Thanksgiving.

Switches were shipped out, but some were delayed as he ran out of switches and is waiting for the 2nd shipment. If you ordered Zealencios/Stabs/PCB or so, they were delayed by a bit until they arrived to Zeal. I think Zealencios just started shipping!

My order was just switches. He might be filling them in the order that orders were received, because I didn't place my order until early October.

I have some questions about the Zealios OP:

Are the switches compatible to keycaps which is for Cherry MX switches?

You mention to another redditor that you chose 65g only because "the bottoms are more heat resistant", what's that all about?
Im jealous about the Whitefox but I think I'm gonna go for a Planck instead

The early Zealio switches were made from acrylic (I believe) that deformed under heat, bending the contact leaf, affecting tactility and caused key chatter.

Will I have that problem if I get the 78 grams?

Doubt it. It's usually a light spring problem.

I ended up getting the 65g only because the bottoms are more heat resistant and I don't trust my own soldering skills that well lol.

That was my reasoning for the 65g milky bottoms when I got my R3 ones. Although I think that was mostly unnecessary. I have a friend who got the clear bottoms for his Planck and he didn't have any issues as a soldering newb. I wish I would have went with the 67g instead. Not that the 65g aren't great, I'm loving them. Just saying if I knew what I know now.
