[EVENT] Ports Improved

With the imminent arrival of Malayan ships transporting materials to and from Siberia, The Hegemon has ordered the improvement of civilian ports. These ports will be expanded to cope with the increased usage, as well as improving on the old systems.

The naval system is long due its investment, and the money brought in by the new Malayan Deal will pay for this several times over. The deal will employ locals in both Korea and Siberia, as well as boosting the local economies of the regions involved.
