PSA: Groove is free for 4 months
I just got an email from microsoft, if you do the 30 day trial thing before March they add another 3 months onto that. Worth a shot if you don't use it.

Yeah, this made me stop using the Groove station. I uploaded a ton of music, and it would always play the songs in the same order. By the time I finished my gaming session for the night I never got to hear the vast majority of the music I uploaded.

I've never felt the need for Groove since the default radios on FH3 have great music themselves!

You don't need to pay for Groove. Just upload your music to OneDrive, then make a playlist in Groove for Forza from your OneDrive music. Works just fine.
Does it still play the tracks in order? I quit using Groove because I couldn't shuffle the playlist in-game.
Yeah, they updated the game with a shuffle feature.

Not for me. It worked before Blizzard Mountain. Now it doesn't (with the exact same playlist), except for the default playlist....
The only thing I changed is that I subscribed for the free trial, then removed my subscription.
it did not work for me at all so i had to change my windows location to US and now works as a charm.(im in nordic eu)
I did that but in my settings the only offered playlist for Groove is default playlist...
You make a playlist from within Groove Music.
I did. Still nothing.
I think you have to upload your music to OneDrive and create the playlist in Groove from your files available on OneDrive. It doesnt work for local files. At least it didn't for me on PC.
It's free if you upload your own music but you have to pay to get access to the online libraries, basically similar to how Spotify works.
