The music on this show is something else; Rostam, Sharon van Etten, Beach House, the violin theme. Thought I'd follow suit from the book recommendation post and ask does anyone have any music suggestions? I'm literally all ears

Vampire Weekend, for the brotherly connection. The Rostam and Hamilton Leithauser (spelling? I might have butchered it.) album is also really, really good. I Had a Dream That You Were Mine. I think I've played it 100 times.
Beach House, as brought up by OP (and I love them)
Band of Horses has a similar mystical and sometimes melancholy quality, especially Infinite Arms, though the newest, Casual Party, has a slightly different sound but some of the same feeling-pangs.
The xx and Jamie xx, James Blake, Bon Iver, early Iron and Wine, Flume, Local Natives, The National, Fleet Foxes. Things I've been listening to that kind of evoke some of the same moods.
And a shout out for Japandroids because I love their new album!
Who else has some great recs? I know I'm always looking for new music, too.
I think I've played it 100 times I see what you did there, cheers for the suggestions

Yessss Downtown!!
You have Majical Cloudz - Downtown ;) it's an awesome song!
I loved that album and have been enjoying the rest of his music. Thanks to OA, of course. If you like Downtown, all of Majical Cloudz is in that vein.
