Contract ending and I'm moving.

My 2-year contract runs out next month and I just so happen to also moving to a new (old) house. I really enjoy xfinity and would be willing to have cable installed at the new house if I could get a new contract deal similar to what I have now. Otherwise I will switch to AT&T Fiber.

I currently have Blast Internet + HD Starter with HBO and X1 DVR. The closest deal in price does not include DVR or HBO (is HD standard now?). The only plan that includes all of this is more than double what I pay now.

Is there any way I can get a plan like the one I have now? I could sign up as a new account if that helps. House currently does not have cable lines in it at all, somehow the previous owners survived 30+ years without cable TV, perhaps I can do the same, ha.
