I can't get my OnePlus 3T into Recovery Mode.
My phone has been stuck on the boot screen for several hours now. I made a post earlier and someone directed me to this post which is cool and all aside from I cannot get my phone into recovery mode. I am able to turn the device on/off but holding down both the power and volume down button only restarts the boot process.
I tried holding down the power and volume up when my phone was in the off mode and was given a different menu which seems to be a boot loader. My only options in the boot loader are: "Start", "Restart Boot loader", "Recovery Mode", and "Power off". Start and recovery mode would just lock my phone back into the boot screen, "restart boot loader" brings me back to the boot loader screen, and "Power off" powers the device off.
What is the next step? Hooking my phone up to my computer downloads the Device software but all the tutorials I have seen require me to be in recovery mode to eventually clear my cash and factory reset. Is there any way for me to do this from my computer without being in recovery mode?
