What's the cheapest hotel in SD?

Hi, I'm stranded overnight, a friend kicked me out and I need somewhere to stay until my bus ticket out tomorrow.

I'm seeing like $70 and that's crazy. Is that the best I can get?

I'm willing to sleep outside if that's not illegal. It was in Morrowwind... =/

Thanks, this looks like the best option. It's right by the bus station too. Thank you, I appreciate it.

Ben was a smart guy and he had read his Roman comic playwrights. He actually "borrowed" that from Titus Maccius Plautus. In his play Miles Gloriosus, Plautus writes, "Nam hospes nullus tam in amici hospitium devorti potest, quin, ubi triduom continuom fuerit, iam odiosus siet." Or, if your Latin is rusty, "Guests in three days are stale."

Geez, no wonder Latin is a dead language.

I'd spend the 70 bucks and avoid bed bugs. There's some rotten ass hotels downtown, I've worked in them before.

Even the more expensive hotels have bed bugs. Here's a nifty tool

Heh. Also, you can see all the red dots on hotel circle. Yikes

"more expensive" and hotel circle are two entirely different things.

My bad, those were two separate thoughts. After I seen the Westgate on the list, started browsing cheaper hotels and the list popped up with a bunch of hotel circle hits.

If you only saw what I've seen while working in these horrible "hotels" downtown.

I'll bet. :(

Last time I went cheap on a hotel, the 20-something clerk with the surly attitude stole my credit card number and went on a shopping spree (didn't cost me money, because I obviously filed a fraud alert and canceled the card).

I prefer hotels that take pride in their service and their amenities. Even chains like Motel 6 are just fine.

$70 is NOT crazy for a city that's a major major tourist destination rolls eyes

I dare anyone to find a $70/night hotel during comicon weekend.
