PA was hyping up some secret mid-round WR as a returner prospect for weeks, now. I've missed a few shows. Did he announce who it was? Was it a good pick, maybe some inside info, or just a longshot guess?

It was a legitimized version of the Ewing theory.

Theory stated: AP was only truly effective with a specific offense, specific formations, and generally required the offense to be tailored to him.
Therefore, if we were to lose AP and replace him with more modern RBs who could pass protect and catch passes, we'd have a more varied, modern offense and would be overall more productive.

Now, remember a few caveats. AP left us after the 2016 season, which he barely played. Our production didn't immediately jump off the charts, tho I think we can all agree our running game was more effective in 2017(CITATION NEEDED) once we had a full offseason to prepare for an AP-less offense. What is this insane crazy new layout? Just now, today, within the last few minutes.

It only shows up on my incognito browser. My normal browser must have cookies to still show the old layout.

I can't sign in. The button is unresponsive with a correct username/password input.

We're the Vikings. He's gonna get hurt. If we pay him $30M, he'll get injured, then we have no QBs and we're still on the hook for his contract.

I know we should be able to retain our big four players next year, but I'm thinking in two, three, four, five years.

So I guess, we just need to sign the cheapest QBs available 'cuz they'll get hurt when we need them anyway. Hello, Teddy.

u/gt14199: So close. I wanna give you points, but I think we were all thinking it. You were also off on the 2016 prediction, but that's forgiveable.

u/lilbabyteks: My only upvote in that thread goes to your beautiful post. You have wonderful taste, thank you friend.

I was just at a Red Wing franchise store (thanks, Jim from Roseville...shoot, maybe not Jim).

Anyway, I'm interested in the Beckmans, and Jim tells me they're about to be discontinued in the early new year.

He mentioned they'd be replaced by a couple new models, the something-or-other and the Williston.

I couldn't find anything online, anyone know more about these?

I'm planning on making a pilgrimage to the factory to buy my first pair after Xmas. Would be happy to report back if there are any fans who are curious but don't live in the area.

Just wondering, I have a ton of gems that I've been slowly spending on boosting troops and farming. I planned my next upgrades poorly and want to finish something early, considering dropping a few hundred gems on finishing a days' long build (for more time per gems spent).

I know there are bundles for new town halls but I didn't see one at 9. Wondering if there's anything I don't know about yet that I might want to save gems for.

Hi, I'm stranded overnight, a friend kicked me out and I need somewhere to stay until my bus ticket out tomorrow.

I'm seeing like $70 and that's crazy. Is that the best I can get?

I'm willing to sleep outside if that's not illegal. It was in Morrowwind... =/

Hello, I'm temporarily homeless. My friend kicked me out, I have a bus to LA in the morning and a flight back to MN on Monday.

Is there anywhere in San Diego where I can sleep for free? I'm near the Westfield Mall near La Jolla.

I think this is too straightforward... I probably sound like a serial killer. I'm just in emotional shock.

Hello, forgive me if this is a common question but my searches weren't finding what I needed.

I'm from MN, flying to CA in a couple weeks. I will land in San Diego, go to Anza, go to LA, go back to Anza, and then to back to San Diego to fly out.

I'm looking at buses, trains, Uber, whatever methods I can. But I'm not familiar with what's available and I'm not sure if what I'm finding is optimal.

Anza is a smaller town if I'm seeing this right, so I'm seeing if I can get a ride to Palm Desert, which is nearby. There should be more options there to get between SD and LA.

What do you guys think?

Here's a huge list of buses and trains
