I can't tell if Weidman is out of it because he's emotional and flustered or if it's because he's concussed.

I dont think chris is showing signs here. Just seems upset and frustrated with a bloodied and swollen face.

I feel like a good fight to make now would be Weidman Silva 3. Might be a bit of a quick turn around for Chris to make it for Brazil, but both guys coming off several loses (except the Brunson fight) and would be an interesting fight regarding all that has happened since they last fought.

Weidman shouldn't have been interviewed based on recent changes. Joe stopped talking to KO'd fighters, and while he didn't go out, he couldn't talk for shit, and was obviously a bit loopy.
While in hindsight I agree with you, I suppose Joe thought that Chris was hard done by and wanted to give him his platform to explain why/if he told the doctor why he couldn't continue. In retrospect, Weidman was hurt badly by legal shots and if you take the controversy away, the best thing probably happened in so far as Weidman didn't take more damage.
I guess we'll hear later if he was concussed or not
