SummerHouse at Indiana?

I'm moving here for full time work. it sounds like most leases don't start until August because the town revolves so much around IU. I guess there are also a lot of sublets in May but I'm not sure how I feel about using some dirty college apartment for 3 months...

I ran across this place, anyone have any experience with it? It looks nice and it's owned by probably the one company (Renaissance Rentals) I haven't heard horror stories about (mostly from lurking on this sub)... they seem to have a lot of nice properties around Bloomington.
