What's the grossest, fattest, unhealthiest, oh-my-god thing you've ever eaten?

A deep fried double bacon cheeseburger with Krispy Kreme glazed donuts for buns. I started reevaluating some life choices after that.
A 1/2 pound double bacon cheeseburger but instead of buns the burger was placed between two grilled ham and cheese sandwiches.

Disgustingly delicious

You will now.
waiting quietly at a table in the corner for the obligatory "OP's mom"

Battered Mars bar.

Northern Irish. Similar though!
Came here to say that. 'Beetus with every bite.
My ultimate guilty pleasure, when I feel like crap and I'm starving is spaghetti with pesto...and then put it in a baguette.
Bonus if you throw some bacon or chorizo in there.
Double carb, tons of oil and salt. It's disgusting and I love it.
I think her name was Tonya.
A ate 3 donuts in one sitting once...
Amateur. When I was a kid, my dad went through a period where he was on a job site that brought him past a Krispy Kreme store on his way home. If the Hot Now sign was lit, he'd stop and get a dozen to bring home. When he got home everyone would descend on the box like starving animals -- there was no "saving for later," you'd either eat them then or you didn't get any. I had three siblings and we'd usually each eat two doughnuts each, maybe one of us would eat three occasionally. My dad would eat the rest.
He later told us that often, he'd buy two dozen doughnuts and eat one box on the way home.
Yes, he did have a heart attack before turning 50.
It was a burger called The Greasy Garage. I feel my heart die a little every time I have one. It's a deliciously greasy burger with a lot of sautéed onions on top of the patty. INSIDE of the patty is even more onions, mushrooms, and your choice of cheese. (Blue cheese or gouda for me). It's so disgustingly tasty.
coronary bypass from The Vortex
Fried butter

Everything at grill em all
Poutine with a beaver tail on top
The most Canadian dish ever served
Deep fried chips and frozen pre-fried chicken, it stuck together and instead of separating it I put barbecue sauce in it then put it straight in a bun and ate it in all its glory.
Or fried fish fingers

Chicharrón Colombiano, it is fried pork belly, full of fat and it melts in your mouth.
It tastes amazing and I am sure it is not good for you.
In the town I went to college they have this dish at one of the popular restaurants called the El Nino.
It is two baked potatoes covered in cheese, gravy and a chicken fried steak cut up on top. It was amazing.
Waffle sandwich. Toast two waffles, slather with whipped cream and syrup and mush then together then top it with more whipped cream and syrup. You can feel the diabetes just eating it
That title.
I once ate my own height in meatball marinaras from subway in a day when I was hungover
Those things are great comfort food.
They're just about my favourite thing in the world
When my little sister was very young, she'd eat the meatballs and leave the cheese-and-marinara covered bread. I became a scavenger.
