Clay packs can be worn inside a XXL cotton sports bra to shield nipples. Hanes cotton pull over bra. Cotton is breathable. The bra is comfortable.

Money bags
Honeywell manufactures a zippered vinyl money bag. 11 inches long x 6 inches wide x 1 1/4 inches deep. The bag will cover both nipples on petite and medium built people. Two layers of money bags are needed (1 1/4 inches deep x 2 = 2 1/2 inches deep.) Broad chested people will need a shorter bag for each nipple.
Vinyl is water tight. The zipper and loose stitching at the seams renders the bag not water tight. Therefore, make an extremely thick slurry. Add just a little bit of water to clay.
Failed attempts using ice bags
A six inch ice bag filled with slurry (clay and water) stayed inside the bra without falling out. It stayed on the nipple. I filled the ice bags up all the way. 1 1/4 inches deep. Should be 2 inches deep but six inch ice bags do not have the depth 9 inch and 11 inch ice bags do. A 9 inch ice bag was too heavy and sank to the bottom of the bra.
The top and bottom of the cap is one inches high. The cap's indentation on clothes is visible. Looks strange to see a cap where a nipple should be.
I placed the ice bag inside of a 9 inch long x 6 inch wide draw string bag. Tie the end of the draw strings into a knot so they won't fall out of the bag. Wash the draw string bag at the same time the bra is washed.

Failed attempts using various sizes of clay packs by FOMI
A 4 1/2 inch round wet clay pack by FOMI covers a nipple. It is too thin. Three can shield a nipple but they move inside the sports bra and fall out.

A folded eye mask wet clay pack can cover nipples. Fold an eye mask wet clay pack in half. When folded, the eye mask is the same diameter (4 1/2 inches) and thicker than two 4 1/2 inch round clay packs. The eye mask moves around but does not fall out.

The torturers use radar to see the body 24/7. Similar to airport radar screening. The torturers pay attention to shielding and strike immediately after the shielding moves. It is frustrating to keep moving the round clay packs or eye masks back in position.
A neck clay pack with straps covers both nipples on people with small frames and small breasted women. The neck clay pack does not fall out of the bra. But it does slightly move off a nipple. The length is slightly too short. 12 inches long x 6 inches high.

In between these two sizes is a back clay pack. 14 inches long x 5 inches high. The little circle on the back clay packs leak. What to do about the leaking:
FOMI clay packs are very thin. Approximately 1/8 inches deep. Three layers of clay packs are necessary to shield from laser attacks. Wearing them is hot as they are not breathable.
