Wedding venues in the Portland area?

We had already paid them in full, so money is tight. Money is extra tight because we already pushed the date up 9 months to September 30th (from our original June 16,2018 date) to allow my brother who is being deployed to the Middle East with the army to be able to come.

Any suggestions of venues with space for ~115, September 30th, and under $4500 for food+ any space rentals?

It is end of September (and with the weather we've been having this year), probably need an indoor/ covered option just in case
