Undo notification dismiss gone in 2.0?

What happened? When I swipe a notification away it looks like it's immediately gone from my phone now. Is there any way to bring this back?

It used to hide it on the watch and then dismiss it a few seconds later; by swiping up/down again it would let me cancel the notification dismissal.
