New Service for Internet Only

I just moved into a new apartment and am looking to get internet only. I've been looking around this sub and I've seen some of the promotions like 29.99 for performance or 39.99 for blast and was wondering what the best possible deal for me would be. I already have a modem that would work with xfinity.

Thanks!
