This customer service has been so bad

Who can I contact to get my service fixed. I live in a townhouse, you dug in the community backyard, my internet died. You missed my appointment today, I took off work just to be here. Promises of call backs and showing up never comes to fruition. I just want my internet back and my X1 box replaced. Please tell me who I can reach out to.
