How to wash yourself during the healing process if you don't have a bath?

All the circumcision sites recommend taking a bath instead of a shower during the healing process to avoid direct exposure of the glans, but I only have a shower? I've read that you can shower if you cover your penis with a plastic bag. Tips/ advice?
