Top 10 Favorite Challengers According to the Subreddit(Females)

Last week u/seacattlemoohawks and I made this post asking you guys to rank your top 5 favorite challengers of each gender, giving five points to first place, four points to second place, and so on. Now we have tallied them up and are presenting the top 10 of female challengers here. Also some big spoilers for Champs vs Pros below as well just so everyone knows.

Honorable Mentions: Heather Cooke(RW Las Vegas 2), Veronica Portillo(RR Semester at Sea), Nany González(RW Las Vegas 2), and KellyAnne Judd(RW Sydney)

Cooke despite only appearing on one season was one point away from making it into the top 10, she must've really made an impression on fans of the show with 44 points across 16 lists and four first place finishes. The first female challenger and challenger in general to get to three wins Veronica missing out on the top 10 is a bit surprising to me but her long absence might've left her a bit forgotten to some fans new and old. Still though she finished with 34 points across 12 lists with two first place votes. Nany and KellyAnne both finished with over 30 points with Nany receiving 35 points across 14 lists with one first place finish and KellyAnne received 31 points off of 17 lists.

10. Rachel Robinson(RR Campus Crawl)

First Appearance: Battle of the Sexes

Latest Appearance: Battle of the Exes

Upcoming Appearance: N/A

I would've thought Rachel would be been higher or at least not have barely squeaked in against someone with only one appearance. The Campus Crawl alum received 45 points across 14 lists and received four first place finishes. Often viewed as one of the best females to ever be on the show seeing her in the top 10 just feels right.

9. Paula Meronek(RW Key West)

First Appearance: The Duel

Latest Appearance: Rivals II

Upcoming Appearance: N/A

Walnuts cracks this list at number 9 receiving 59 points from 23 lists and three first place votes. I like Paula but I wasn't expecting her to break the top 10 but she's very likable imo so maybe it shouldn't have come as too much of a shock. Her struggle to get her first win is very notable as she's tied for the most seasons by a female before a win and went out getting two wins on both Rivals and Rivals II.

8. Coral Smith(RW Back to New York)

First Appearances: Battle of the Seasons(2002)

Latest Appearances: The Gauntlet III

Upcoming Appearances: N/A

Speaking of surprises Coral was the biggest one to me for both guys and girls. She hasn't been on a challenge since Gauntlet 3 almost ten years ago now and yet she still received 65 points across 18 lists while getting seven first place finishes. Her loud, abrasive yet honest and real personality must've really endeared her to fans of the show, she's certainly someone you at least remember after you've seen her on a season. Hopefully she still has another challenge in her because she has a lot of fans awaiting her return.

7. Jenna Compono(RW Ex-Plosion)

First Appearance: Battle of the Exes 2

Latest Appearances: Invasion of the Champions

Upcoming Appearances: Dirty 30

Here I was thinking this sub's love for Jenna was dying down but it still doesn't surprise me one bit that she made it on this list and this high for a matter of fact. She received 71 points off of 28 with two first place finishes. Her beauty and likability are always points brought up when someone mentions her that and her kind heart were enough for her to snag this spot in the top 10.

6. Diem Brown(Fresh Meat)

First Appearance: Fresh Meat

Latest Appearance: Battle of the Exes 2

Upcoming Appearance: N/A

It's always sad remembering that Diem has passed away. She had her low points on the show but for the most part she was a ray of sunshine throughout. She got here with 76 points on 24 lists and ended up being first on six lists. Her relationship with CT is one of the biggest storylines this show has ever had and her fight with cancer is an inspiring tale that exemplifies what it means to be a true challenger. RIP Diem.

5. Sarah Rice(RW Brooklyn)

First Appearance: The Ruins

Latest Appearance: Rivals III

Upcoming Appearance: N/A

Sarah ended up getting 95 points off of 34 lists with four first place finishes, if anyone asks why this sub gets really mad at Johnny and usually takes Sarah's side in their beef one of the reasons is because she's really well liked around here. I can obviously see why, she's possibly the most enthusiastic person to ever be on the show and always seemed down with whatever challenge was in front of her. It was really nice watching her get her first win on Battle of the Exes 2 after eight previous seasons coming up short including two where her partner quit or got kicked off the show. The puzzle queen gets the 5th spot.

4. Laurel Stucky(Fresh Meat II)

First Appearance: Fresh Meat II*

Latest Appearance: Invasion of the Champions

Upcoming Appearance: N/A

Often referred to as the most dominating girl to ever be on The Challenge Laurel dominated most lists she was on getting seven first place votes and 13 second place votes totalling 125 points off of 37 lists. Her 9-1 elimination record speaks for itself especially when those nine wins were what she did to start her career. Some commented that she was lowered or left off after Invasion and the whole Nicole/Cara Maria love triangle and showing a lack of heart in her elimination against Camila so who knows where she would have ranked before Invasion. Still an impressive top 4 finish.

3. Emily Schromm(RW DC)

First Appearance: Cutthroat

Latest Appearance: Rivals II

Upcoming Appearance: N/A

Despite only being on three challenges Emily certainly endeared herself to many fans with her competitive attitude and nice, chill demeanor leaving many fans wanting her to come back. Emily received 164 points across 48 lists and came in as the favorite on 13 of those lists and second on 11 of them. In her three seasons she made it to the finals all three times winning Rivals II in her last appearance to date while also notching an impressive 5-0 elimination record to boot. Clearly a fan favorite and one of the greatest females to ever grace the show. I am sure I speak for most of you when I say please return Em!

2. Cara Maria Sorbello(Fresh Meat II)

First Appearance: Fresh Meat II

Latest Appearance: Invasion of the Champions

Upcoming Appearance: Dirty 30

Being the underdog for most of your challenge career is bound to get you respect from many fans and for Cara it certainly has, I have to say I was expecting her to be number one for the girls with how much love she gets on here. She actually appeared on less lists than Emily at only 47 but gathered up 166 points as well as 11 first place finishes and 17 second place finishes. One of only two girls on this list that'll be on Dirty 30 while already finishing first on Battle of the Bloodlines as well as finishing first with Darrell on Champs vs Pros. She also finished second on u/RIPGrantland's poll of sexiest challengers going into the new season so a lot of love being showed for Cara right now and its certainly deserved. The red haired wonder gets a very impressive 2nd place finish.

1. Evelyn Smith(Fresh Meat)

First Appearance: Fresh Meat

Latest Appearance: Rivals

Upcoming Appearance: N/A

This is the face I would've made if Ev didn't get number one. She's just too awesome not to be. The all time winningest female(tied with Veronica) with three wins in her nine seasons, she probably would've had another win if she didn't throw her elimination vs KellyAnne on The Ruins. It should tell a lot about her that she hasn't shown up in six years and eight seasons yet is still the favorite female. She showed up on 54 lists and collected 192 points with 16 first place finishes and 14 second place finishes. She's my personal all time favorite challenger regardless of gender so I'm glad so many people here share my love of her. From standing up to JEK to beasting many challenges Ev is deserving of her #1 spot.
