Does anyone else find it annoyingly impossible to draw the "OK" emoji on Android Wear?

For whatever reason, I can never seem to get Android Wear to recognize my "OK" emojis when I try to draw them. I know you can select them from the emoji list menu but still.

In case you wanted to know, I'm using a Moto 360 Sport which is (very unfortunately) still stuck on Wear 1.5.
