I just tricked myself out of 500 or so Soul Gems, and now I feel a bit cheated and have no idea who to turn to.
As the title suggests, I recently tried "selling" my one copy of praetorian commander, as I was under the impression that I would be able to get a full refund of soul gems for it. http://imgur.com/a/KS6ci http://imgur.com/a/LH0X2 I clicked the button that said 400 gems because I just figured they would be the same (yes, yes, I'm an idiot for not looking closely, but having played Hearthstone in the past I was used to just disenchanting things for full value after they got nerfed). At any rate, after "selling" the copies that I created too late I am now 500 soul gems in the hole and I don't know if I can even get my problem rectified. I'm a new player, so each gem matters a lot to me :( I guess my question is: is there anything I can do? I looked on Bethesda's website for some kind of way to contact them for a petty problem like this, but nothing really came up. Or of course if I'm and idiot and completely misunderstood something about the patch notes and deserve to lose these soul gems, someone tell me so I can delete this post.

I don't think support will help you with that (you can try though). On the other hand, with twitch drops you'll make back those 500 gems in no time.
Yeah I suppose I can just exercise a little patience, but I'm actually more worried that they aren't giving full refunds on the cards they recently nerfed. Isn't this the sort of thing they should fix before more idiots like me fall victim?
They specifically changed that to cards that was only crafted so ppl can stop hoarding duplicates waiting for nerfs. Before it was like hearthstone and you could changed all copies of nerfed card
