Can we crowdfund planetside?
Since the brass at DBG can't fund planetside, can we? I don't mean in micro transactions either... I mean a stimulus package directly to the planetside team.

Even though the money doesn't go directly to the devs of PS2, if DBG sees that the game brings tons of money to the company, they'll probably care more about the game (-->invest more money into the game). So in my opinion the best you can do is to buy membership (although it's not for a specific game, they can see what games you play, so if you play only with PS2, or mostly with PS2, they'll assume you bought the membership because of PS2 and not H1Z1 for example) and stuff ingame you like.
Best thing to do is to spend money when the game gets updated. Show dbg that investing in planetside 2 = profit. So if you plan on buying any DBC, wait until, like, just after significant game updates to do so. It'll look good on charts.
If you're gonna crowfund, might as well do it to make PS3
They need developers. Money doesn't guarantee that.
I'm pretty sure that's the entire point of a salary, turning money into developers. With sufficient money thrown at the salary, developers will get hired and do work.
Memberships or simply put some money away every month and buy a new weapon or cosmetic in PS2 itself. Show that money going directly to OUR game ;)
I don't have the source, but I distinctly recall one of the devs recently saying that throwing money at them wouldn't solve anything.
They should work on PS3 if they magically do get this money.
