My Bill Went up $41 Since Last Month. Triple Play is now $275 a month????

Hi. We haven't been on a contract for a while, and our bill has been inching up since. But this is a ridiculous increase! I can't afford $275 for Triple Play. Please help me get it to a more reasonable level.
