Floorwork junkie with a stage pole

Like the title says, I love shoulder rolls and sliding around in heels. Unfortunately I've got an x-stage light in a small carpeted room at the moment for my home set up and it's been cramping my style the last few months.

Anyone know of anyone who does good online tutorials/social media on stages for sexy or, more specifically, Russian exotic?

Thanks!
