Looking for upgrade to gigabit n Philadelphia after rollout

Hello! I have posted before about wanting to upgrade to Gigabit in Phila. After reading this: https://www.bizjournals.com/philadelphia/news/2017/08/14/comcast-docsis-gigabit-internet-speed-philly-subur.html

I hope that this is not the PR Department getting ahead of the actual installs. Can someone help get me upgraded? Thanks!
