[Build Ready] Buy Now? Wait for Black Friday/Deals?

TL;DR: Have locked in the parts and gameplan thanks to this sub, but not sure if waiting for deals or Black Friday could save a considerable amount of money.

• Should I wait for deals to roll around?
• Final compatibility check. Will everything here play nicely? Are there any difficulties I should anticipate in assembly?

Details: I have submitted my upcoming build here a couple times to get some guidance, and this sub has really helped steer me in the right direction. This build is within my budget, and I think I am ready to pull the trigger. However, Black Friday isn't too far out and if I can save even more money I am not opposed to waiting. I know that no one here has a crystal ball, and you can't tell what exactly will go on sale and for how much. Generally speaking, though, would I save a good chunk of money if I hold off an keep my eye on deals?
