What is something you have witnessed that you consider a miracle?

I had some significant heart problems, an early x-ray showed an extra muscle on my heart that was throwing off the beat. I was set up to see a cardiologist post haste.
In the interim, I was prayed for by a bunch of dudes and I definitely physically felt something happen in my chest. Not like what you'd think "better" would feel like, but like a balloon coming unstuck as it blows up, for lack of a better way to explain it.
Anyways the cardiologist puts me through a battery of tests and is like, "your heart is structurally perfect. You could live to 110 with that heart."
There's definitely room to doubt that it's a genuine miracle, I don't expect it to prove God to anyone, but as someone who already believes in God for other reasons, it does feel like one.
That is pretty amazing, I'm glad to hear you're in good health!
Thank you! Still no more signs of heart problems 6 years later :)

I lived in a major city in the midwest for awhile back in the 90s. Back then, the Ford Bronco was still a full sized truck type SUV. For those who might not remember, a Chevy Cavalier was a small to midsize passenger car.
I was sitting at a stoplight in the right lane. I had the red light. I was sitting there minding my own business when suddenly I see someone drive past my left window in a little Chevy Cavalier.
The cross street that had the green was quite busy. As I watch this car run the red light in horror, I look and see this full sized Ford Bronco with a lift kit and oversized tires on it approaching the intersection. I remember that sick feeling that this wasn't going to end well.
Well as you might guess, the Cavalier crosses in front of the Bronco and the Bronco pretty much runs right over the car. I pulled my car into the intersection to block traffic. I could see the roof of the Cavalier was flattened half way to the ground, right behind the front seats. I got out of the car and completely expected to see a person in the front seat with their head split open like a melon from the roof squishing them.
I approach the car, taking a big breath, trying to prepare myself for the carnage I am about to see.
The driver side window is shattered out. I see this older lady, bent forward into the steering wheel. The back of her seat was kind of pushed forward from where the roof came down and the roof over her head was slanted down toward the back of the car. I didn't see any blood. I tap her on the shoulder and she looks at me with these shocked, vacant eyes. I ask her if she is OK and she starts repeating "Oh shit, I think I ran a red light".
"Are you hurt?"
"Oh shit, I think I ran a red light"
"Do you feel any pain?"
"Oh shit, I think I ran a red light"
The poor lady was in shock. Like a drunk, rabid parrot, the answer to any question I asked as "Oh shit, I think I ran a red light".
A passerby had a cell phone (a bit of a rarity in those days) and called 911. By the time I left, they were cutting her out and I never heard how the story ended. When that Bronco hit her, it reminded me of a monster truck running over a car at one of those Monster Truck Shows. A couple more inches toward her, I think she would've been crushed against the steering wheel or decapitated.
As I was pulling around a corner in my one head-lighted car I noticed a police check point. I was smoking a joint at the time so obviously I start freaking out.
There was a speed bump around 200 yards from the checkpoint and when I was going over it my broken headlight came back on. The police waved me through without a second look. Never felt so lucky, god was truly looking down on my that day loving that sweet dank.
Hahaha that's probably the most useful a speed bump has ever been
Ha, nice joke.
To be honest, there is a crossroads at my estate, there was a crash once ever 2 months and a fatal crash once a year on it. They put speed bumps on the roads leading to it 4 years ago and I haven't heard of one crash since.
(Literally hear a crash, it's so close that I have been the first person on a crash screen around 20 times before I was 18)
Damn it, I knew as soon as I posted that comment that someone would reply with something like this making me feel bad for making a dumb joke...
I'm not making you feel bad haha, just a random story I had. Fucking hate speed bumps.
