1200mg lecithin pills as choline supplement to stack with 100-200mg phenylpiracetam 2x a week?

How many pills would I take to provide the necessary choline for 100-200mg of phenylpiracetam 2x a week? I was looking at lecithin because of it being a source of phosphatidylcholine, which had been shown to reverse liver damage (which I have from immune disease). So if I can get both choline for the phenylpiracetam and some positive liver effects this would be best.

Any advice is very much appreciated!

Anecdotally, I never found the need for choline with Phenylpiracetam, like I do with other racetams or noopept. Though I define "need" as something to prevent me from getting grumpy from my noots.

My choline is Alpha-GPC which comes in 300mg doses and I take one or two. Lecithin is usually 1200mg per pill. But I am not sure if they can be compared as Alpha-GPC is more bio-available.

To echo what the other commenter said, you don’t strictly need a choline source with racetams. My understanding is that it’s only called for if you get headaches from the racetam alone.

I take citicoline for my choline source, but primarily because it gives me a nice boost.

I don’t know of any downsides to taking lecithin, even daily. I’d look at the amounts people take for the liver repair you are looking for (do you have a source handy for that?), and focus on that benefit. If it helps do something with the phenylpiracetam, I’d see it as a nice bonus.

man, just get it from eggs if you don't mind the cholesterol, and not daily needed. choline might have an estrogenic effect.. just so you know. forgot the source but you can google. it's not bad, just don't get it in excess. hope it helps.

Large studies have not even correlated diets with eggs to higher total cholesterol levels.

Also from Harvard:

"Research has shown that most of the cholesterol in our body is made by our liver - it doesn't come from cholesterol we eat. The liver is stimulated to make cholesterol primarily by saturated fat and trans fat in our diet, not dietary cholesterol."
