I've heard many times that a lot of the cheaper curcumin supplements will contain a lot of solvents as a product of the cheaper extraction process and can be harmful to health. Apparently there is another, more costly process which leaves virtually no solvents in the resulting product.

Can someone with knowledge of this process chime in and recommend some brands?

Does anyone have any tips for workspace lighting (mainly for a coding environment at home)?

I know using these light bulbs at 150W keeps me awake, focused, and generally in a better mood:

Anyone have any experience with this? I definetly consider the right workspace lighting to be nootropic.

Edit: My monitor doubles as a tv and actually has "RGB Gain" settings under "White Balance" in picture options. I set the blue gain to max (from 25 to 50) to hopefully increase the effect of the blue light. I wonder if this will help me stay awake and focused.

How many pills would I take to provide the necessary choline for 100-200mg of phenylpiracetam 2x a week? I was looking at lecithin because of it being a source of phosphatidylcholine, which had been shown to reverse liver damage (which I have from immune disease). So if I can get both choline for the phenylpiracetam and some positive liver effects this would be best.

Any advice is very much appreciated!
