The controllers sell for pretty cheap, it honestly would probably cost only a few dollars more to just buy a new controller over a replacement piece.

The controller is probably missing the break-away piece. Also, be sure to check the clock capacitor in the xbox as these have a tendency to go bad and ruin the board.

The controller seems to have a different plugin than the Xbox would accept, being round rather than oval. Does anyone have any idea what that's about?
