Sacred Seals grouped by badge color

Analysis

While Sacred Coins are likely going to be the limiting factor for seal upgrades, there may be a slim chance that you run out of badges for one reason or another. Maybe all of your upgrades happen to use the same color badge, or you simply haven't been playing for very long. So here are the currently available seals (as of Oct 9th 2017) grouped by badge color, and which day you would grind the training tower for them.

Red (Tuesday)

Attack+
Spur Atk
Atk Ploy
Deflect Melee

Blue (Wednesday)

Speed+
Distant Def
Spur Spd
Phantom Spd
Deflect Missile
Squad Ace D

Green (Thursday)

Defense+
Breath of Life
Spur Def
Fortify Def
Deflect Magic

Colorless (Friday)

HP+
Res+

Squad Ace A
Squad Ace C

I feel like blue is the most valuable badge color, as Speed+, Spur Spd, and Distant Def are all excellent choices for first upgrades.

Interesting that these groupings don't match the Boost and Blow skills in how they're colored.

Fire Boost + Death Blow = Orange/Red; Atk seals = Red
Wind Boost + Darting Blow = Green; Spd seals = Blue
Earth Boost + Armored Blow = Yellow; Def seals = Green
Water Boost + Warding Blow = Blue; Res/HP seals = Colorless

But maybe that is related to the fact that there are no yellow badges, so they shifted the color mappings?

I'm slightly puzzled by Distant Def being grouped with speed skills, but I guess there aren't enough enemy-phase seals to make a generalization there, and the Distant Def seal is blue in color...

Breath of life stacks, basically making Olivia a dancer slash healer, but I guess you could also make her a rein counter
