Hello. The above link details a recent issue I had with a tradesman who made a mess of my garden.

I've been informed there's nothing I can do but I feel a duty to inform people locally to prevent the same happening to them.

Am I legally allowed to go door to door or write to my neighbours and inform them of his behaviour in a simple honest factual manner.

Or maybe take an advert out in the paper naming and shaming etc.

Or make up a Facebook page of his misdeeds...
