Is this poem coming off as too self indulgent and teen angsty etc?

Mood Swings

They stroke my fur, crusty handed, Clay under their fingernails. My nude tail hangs over The edge of their palms, Noose-like. My spine Scabbed and coarse lies stiff.

Fingerprints encroach And shape my body, disgusting Little waves and crooked circles. I try to vomit to repulse them but their grip is too tight: an umbilical cord choking me.

Some days they lie me on my back Rubbing my yellow belly, cooing me. Telling me I am special, I am beautiful, I am real.

Other days I am thrust Into a wire box. I run on a wheel Over and over and over.

Yesterday they placed me Into a microwave. I spun And spun and spun. My organs A napalm circus. My nostrils And beady black eyes Open dams gushing blood.

Their eyes are wide and Intrigued, child like. They crack a dinosaur grin.

The beep sounds, And they pull me out. They mend my bones, Wax my skin, stop the hemorrhaging, Preparing me for a new day.
