So i am attempting to get the Artifact #2 from the research station.
i have done the 3 legendaries and not gotten it, i have done 5 legendaries x2 and not gotten it, and i have just now done 5 legendaries with artifact #4 included, still nothing.
what am i missing? is there a current bug? pulling my hair out here

I'm not sure but I believe that the legendaries you use must not be weapons. If the legendary is a weapon perhaps that might be messing it up?

the other artifacts were annoying to get, i thought this would be the easy one :(
In a sense, it is the easiest one. It only takes time, after all. Eventually you'll have enough crap modules to make three legendary modules (75 exceptional, for example), but it can be annoying if you're trying to rush your way into the center.
easy if you know the exact formula. i've wasted an F'ton of legendaries because i didn't know turrets couldn't be part of it. i also wasted a #4 which i now have to wait for a new spawn of that.
they should either make the no turret part more apparent or remove that restriction.
you have to use systems only.
Should be easily doable after getting the other Artifacts.
You must use legendary tier system upgrades, and only one can be a xsotan artifact. Those are only requirements.
