Huge amount of reports of low FPS, stuttering, freezes may be connected to the "continuous interdiction" bug

Just look at the top 1 and 3 issues and put one and one together.
Over the last hour I happened to be on servers with stuttering (leading to drops down to 10-15 FPS). Every QD leads to continious interdiction when I hit such a server eventually ending in a freeze. On servers where I do not experience huge stutter and lower fps I do not get intercepted (only a few times).
I think both issues (stutter, bad FPS, continious interdiction) are pushed enough in the Issue Council but why not push harder :)
Hopefully solving this issue with the almost limitless spawning of NPC ships leads to the performance we had in the last PTU patch.

Yeah tonight is incredibly shit, it's crazy, can't play properly on all servers. And indeed, good catch, it must be related to all the npc's spawning so often, and without the range-based culling, it does not help at all.
Problem is, devs are on holiday :D
One culling to unbind them all!
One range to cull them all, and in the darkness unbind them.
I can confirm that the recent continued interdiction is causing frame drops down to 5fps as people get interdicted and then the NPC's load.
Seems there is a rouge cat trying to give out gifts of joy but dispensing moments of frustration :D
