Another epilogue or anything after S;G 0

S;G 0

Is there anything about the story after they finally reach the Steins;Gate world line? I know about episode 25 of the original anime but is that it? I'd just like to see the characters all chilling out in the future (also Maho because she wasn't involved in episode 25) and somehow having Okabe remember all the shit he went through in 0 to make it there. If that's it, what are the chances that this could be created in the future, perhaps at the conclusion of the S;G 0 anime? I just like these characters so much and I want more of them (esp. Okabe and Kurisu).

The movie takes the established rules of time travelling in the anime and throws it out of the window.

Most don't consider it to be canon in the sense thsy it was not a part of the Visual Novel; only episodes 1-24 were. The OVA (Episode 25) and the movie are both 'original' stories solely for the anime.

There's some wide debate on whether or not they're good, even years later. Personally, I liked them.

The movie still had a good grasp of the characters, and [Spoilers?] Seeing Makise run through a bit of what Okabe did felt justified from a story perspective. It retained the rules it had set up, and from a storytelling perspective, was really well done.

While story is quite nice, movie throw out of the window all established time travel mechanic of original show and VN. What happened in movie was not possible to happen in first place. There is no any way to explain how all that happened because that would make no any sense.

Yeah I've seen this too, forgot to mention it. For some reason, after playing the S;G and S;G 0 VN, I much prefer the VN's portrayal of pretty much every character, and the artstyle as well. I think that's especially evident with Kurisu; her face is just a lot rounder and less attractive in the anime and I think the anime doesn't emphasize how smart she is nearly as much as the VN. Maybe that's just because I've played through the VN more recently than I've watched the anime so I'm mostly going off memory.

SO what I'm really saying is, Steins;Gate world line epilogue SoL VN when???????????????

As far as I know the next chapter in the SciAdv franchise, Robotics;Notes DaSH will be a sequel to both Robotics;Notes and Steins;Gate, as Daru will be one of the main protagonists and the Future Gadget Laboratory will have some kind of role in the VN's story.

I heard there were a few drama CDs, but I think that Robotics Notes as the direct sequel

Well there was antimatter but seeing as it was cancelled. Still kinda hoping they'll continue it eventually.

I've tried to read some spin off's, but quickly realized that i absolutely disliked such things. For me they all are like terrible fanfics.
There was an information about upcoming Robotics;Notes DaSH which will include lab members and tells a story about some kind of incident in 2016. So its in the middle of S;G and R;N (btw Nae is one of the main characters in it), and also mentions events of C;H or C;C. Unfortunately the release date if unknown and far away. As right now they are busy trying to transform S;G anime into VN.

There are two more VN not canon

If you want to ship okabe with someone you can read/watch : Steins;Gate - Darling of Loving Vows.( I shipped okabe with kurisu but after this VN I ship okabe with mayuri or Farys)

If you want to know some side stories from the point of view of kurisu/Daru/etc you can read/watch Steins;Gate: Linear Bounded Phenogram

It's been awhile since I read the vn, but I remember this was one of the most disappointing parts of the ending for me. So, what happened to Maho in the steins gate worldline? Do okabe and Maho ever end up meeting? It's absolutely criminal that they did not include an epilogue with maho and okabe meeting in the steins gate worldline.
