This reads less like a poem and more like a pastiche of pop song lyrics:

Sometimes those are the best, the quick ones.  I know your pain.  Do try to remember, no one is exactly the way you remember them.  

yeah i threw this together in like 10 minutes because i've just been feeling this and i can't really talk to my friends about it. i just wanted it out. the worst part is that it doesn't feel over. i just have a feeling that someday we will meet again. and i've spent years already with this itch only she can scratch. and i just don't want to wait anymore.

I agree with previous posters that this sounds a little like a pop love song.  However, this is more raw, with more inflection.  your not mad or blaming her, its a matter of fact telling of how you still feel. 

It's a wonderful love lost poem.  and it makes me feel sorry for the girl currently in your bed.

The themes are relatable. I guess that is why there could be so many similarities to pop/indie music.
But damn do I appreciate the linear spacing between stressed words.

The first stanza sunk its hook into me. I yearned for that refrain as I read on. The number of lines in each verse follows as 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2. It reminds me of lying awake at night and how one's thoughts can come in waves in and out of consciousness. It was easy for me to relate to the sentiment of this poem. The affirmation "I will die" is akin to life goes on. So the narrator resolves that life continues and to not cry for having lost this other woman.  It does feel erratic; however, when put in the context of the bed and sleep, it's not entirely inappropriate. Constructively, I think you could pick one stanza and expand on it by being more descriptive. 

I wonder if you miss me
I wonder if you'd kiss me 

You got me here. That curiosity is lethal.

    I will never ever die
    I will never ever fly

    I wonder if you miss me
    I wonder if you'd kiss me 
    were I to do things differently

    This girl in my bed
    I brush up on her thigh

    When did things get so complicated
    Second chances feeling underrated
    Too many things were left unstated

    Now she sees my eyes are distant
    Stuck in a present, non-existant
