Very nice :) I like the clean focus, your message hits home powerfully because of it.

1. I think the formatting had a few problems no? I read it assuming capitalised words were meant to be on a new line...

2. The first stanza feels a little "top-heavy"? I counted syllables and found:

Hence, if you rearrange the first stanza to better match the second and third (beginning with shorter lines and ending a little longer), I believe the flow will improve.

Great poem! I love the imagery of the first line, it's intriguing enough to instantly capture the readers attention. However, the poem felt a bit off because it's difficult to get a rhythm going. I think you could work on it a bit.

I think it’s a great start - but needs a bit of cleaning up so the flow is on point. It might just be me but “off of” does sound a bit clumsy and could easily be fixed to something more free flowing. Great imagery though and keep writing 

When suffering takes a showman’s stance
And the story of your woes
Pours out like a poison draught 
With your fingers down your throat

Empty it from in you
And share it with the crowd
When they deny you all attention
Because your sadness is so loud

They lust after the story
And they feed off of the shame
Remember that angel pity
