One of my children (both under 3) supposedly ordered and "watched" UFC 222

I wanted to point out that I have already sent the below through ModMail as well but was told to post in the public forum as well.

I spoke with a Comcast/Xfinity rep via online chat and they were less than helpful. It appears that the UFC 222 PPV was ordered on my main Set Top Box on 3/11 at 7:30PM EST and was watched. Problem is, is that I was not home (nor do I watch UFC or have ever ordered one before) but my wife was at home watching shows with my kids on our Fire TV. If one of my children did order the PPV it was done in error and we did not watch it. I will be putting the Parental Pin Protection on when I get home tonight so that this does not happen again.

Long story short, I would like my $64.99 back and the person I spoke with said that was not possible. Is there anything anyone could do to help?
