hard to describe....like moving in and out of the depths of that feeling, changing word tone ever so slightly to make slight difference in effect...just in terms of poetry I find personally really emotes for me... that is what I kind of see happening... I think...

This is interesting. The third line had me scratching my head a bit.
When I read the whole thing there was a very visceral feel to it. I really enjoy poems that emote and this definitely does... Though if I had to nitpick, it seems like you are describing a feeling, and maybe some variance might be good?

Whoa good One.  But I think at the end where you've used scream in those lines feels a bit forced. Maybe replace scream with a synonym like shriek or cry or yell.

    Rotting yet whole,

    A scream into the breathless void
    A scream from bloodied cuts
    A scream from perfect eyes
    A scream from perfect lips
    Till the throat is cut and swollen shut
