Where does Outrage fall?

Does Outrage really do the lowest DPS out of all of these? Something seems off
Turns out it really is pretty poor in terms of DPS
Outrage actually does have fairly low raw DPS - but that's why raw DPS is misleading, and isn't a good baseline to judge how good moves are. After all, the highest raw DPS move currently available is Brave Bird, a one-bar move with 90 power - not something many would call "good" :P

Charge move DPS is an utterly pointless stat that needs to die as a way of ranking chargemoves. It assumes cooldown is the main factor in how fast you can spam chargemoves, when cooldown is a relatively minor factor, energy is the main limiting factor. Hence bravebird, one of the worst moves in the game, is ranked number 1 by dps and outrage, probably the best generalist move in the game, is very low.
The second table is a proper DPS table as it includes the main factor in how much damage a chargemove does - its paired quickmove. Howver these is still the attack stat to consider, while movesets such as C/DP, DT/O and SC/SB are backed up by powerful pokemon ie Machamp, Gengar and Dragonite, vinewhip/frenzy is only backed up by a very weak pokemon, a venusaur :(
Outrage isn’t really a high DPS move though.
