Teams with periods of crazy stats
I was looking at the 1980’s oilers and there’s a lot of stats that seem like they won’t happen again. Multiple 70 goal scorers(Gretzky and Kurri) and Dman with 49 goals(coffey) a goalie getting 14 points(Fuhr). What other teams had eras( less than a decade) of unbelievable stats?

The 1980-81 Winnipeg Jets only won 9 games all season.
Which seems weird. Weren’t they a really good team in the WHA?
We got raped of our talent from the NHL as part of our absorption into the league. I wasn't around in those days, but my Dad says we could have won a Stanley Cup with some of those WHA rosters, specifically the 77-78 team.
Ulf Nilsson and Anders Hedberg played 4 seasons in the WHA and put 100+ points up each year. Bobby Hull played 411 WHA games and had 638 points. Hull had 142 points in the 75-76 season.
nice hard r there. Pillaged might be a better word?
