Decay?

I made a post on here a while ago about a worry of enamel loss with my braces on due to possibly not thorough enough brushing. I've taken some pictures and am wondering if this discolouration is caused by enamel loss or by staining. I have a diet fairly high in fruits and am thinking that they could have caused staining or possibly erosion as well.

Inner seems to have definite enamel loss but I may be wrong:

I'm going to see a dentist as soon as I can. I'm wondering two things: Is this decay? What do I eat and how do I behave to avoid further loss? I have a much more strict brushing/flossing regimen now that I have noticed the yellowing.

The pics are kinda soft focus, but looks ok to me.

Not obvious decay.

Ask your dentist if you need a cleaning. Some with braces may need more than the usual 2x per year.

It's kind of like the area above is more yellow than the area below. Also, when I press an ice cube on to the top two front teeth it hurts. The same is true for the insides of the front top teeth and front bottom teeth... Is this a problem? Does that indicate decay/weak enamel?

People with braces are more prone to cavities than someone who doesnt have braces. But it depends if the person with braces has good hygiene. Your teeth are great gums dont look inflammed but the white lining that stains your teeth could be if you are eating too much acidic fruits or beverages. I suggest swishing water in your mouth after eating will help remove food from your brackets. Also if you look up videos on youtube there is a specific way to brush your teeth when you have braces on. Super floss would work great to remove food debris from between your braces and teeth. Hope this helps :) - *someone from the dental field

White lining? I'm not sure what you mean. I see a sort of a yellow line above the braces. I haven't noticed any noticeable decalcification and neither has my ortho. Do you mean the line below the braces that is whiter? I am worried that this may be an area where the enamel is thicker if the tops of my teeth have worn down. I appreciate you taking the time to respond to the post
