I was very worried about my teeth because I could see noticeable yellowing, and thought I was losing enamel. He told me I had "beautiful teeth" and that I should use sensodyne for any sensitivity. He also told me the sensitivity was likely caused by gum recession due to the braces. Should I trust him? Are my teeth going to last? Can they be whitened?

I made a post on here a while ago about a worry of enamel loss with my braces on due to possibly not thorough enough brushing. I've taken some pictures and am wondering if this discolouration is caused by enamel loss or by staining. I have a diet fairly high in fruits and am thinking that they could have caused staining or possibly erosion as well.

Inner seems to have definite enamel loss but I may be wrong:

Hello r/fitness! Unfortunately, my gym has closed for the whole week. I want to know what I can do with one 50 pound barbell (two removable 25 pound plates) to keep me on the gains train for the rest of the week. The reason for this is that this is the only thing that I will have access to in my house.

Thanks for your responses!

For the past two weeks I have been using dumbbells for bench and inclined bench because I don't have access to a gym where I am. I have made some gains and I am wondering if these will translate to my bench press.

Does using two dumbbells of half the weight, say 50 pounds per hand count as a 100lb bench press?

Will my bench go up as I have seen with the dumbbells?

Thanks for your responses.
